About us

Talent Rebel was established as a need to support managers and employees development. The main aim of the company is to speak directly about difficult issues. We work together with organizations as well as with the individuals to develop the talents. We strongly believe that change will not happen without self-awareness and full picture on the competencies and strengths. Our motto is honest information – about our perspective, about a participant in development process or about the situation that we observe in the company that we work with. We do not use “soulless corporate speech”, we want to “call a spade”. At the same time, we are aware that it will be uncomfortable and takes a time to digest. We are not afraid to call the problem as a problem, we do not hide it in a veiled word of "challenge"..

Our focus is to face the problem and deal with it. We don't change people at all cost. We give them perspective to see who they are and how they can benefit from their strengths. Perhaps that is why we are perceived as “rebels”, in contrast to the currently existing half-truths, well-established beliefs or unhealthy habits. Our intention is take effective action, got to measurable results and not just saying what the client wants to hear but what he should know about own organization.

Development

We specialize in a comprehensive approach to leadership development. We start from deep analysis of the organization and competencies diagnosis of the participants throughout such tools like Assessment Centre or Development Centre, which gives us a solid and credible view of the needs of leaders in the organization. As a result, we can design effective training and development programs targeted to the organization. We pay our attention on the program evaluation process with a strong emphasis on researching what managers have managed to implement in their daily work and team management. We define success as managers’ competency development reflected in measurable benefits for the organization offering the variety of the solutions: managerial trainings or different modules of comprehensive development programs for future and current managers: management styles, delegating, motivating, conflict management, building trust as a leader, impact & influence, managing feedback, conducting development talks, building teams, team effectiveness, building synergy in teams and change management.

Our personal efficiency programs are designed primarily as the workshops. There is no other way to learn and implement new competencies better. Paradoxically, we believe that trainings do not just "develop", but more – they increase awareness, strengthen attitudes and inspire to act. And action is related to their results. We put 100% attention to implement the solutions in the participants’ daily work. Variety of the programs in personal effectiveness pillar are focused on: communication, assertiveness, building ownership (ownership), self-creation and building one's own development, self-presentation, discovering talent and developing strengths, building awareness and employee attitudes, presentation and influencing, methods and methods of effective learning, facilitating , train the trainer.

Consulting

We are experienced specialists in HR area. We successfully implement for the organizations the HR processes such as: the implementation of a talent management program or the management and implementation of training and development policy. We help organizations build competency models and support HR departments in getting knowledge in the field of competency management. Based on the needs of the organization, we design our own case studies and scenarios needed to implement the Assessment and Development Centre tools. We implement a talent management culture from scratch, starting with processes such as implementing employee adaptation tools or effective recruitment. We support all aspects with our extensive expert knowledge in the field of: HR, employer branding, outplacement and topics related to the future of work (including the Activity Based Working model implementation).

Over 23 years of experience the HR industry, spent 5 years working with international Human Resources consulting agencies in roles such as consultant and branch manager. For the following 16+ years, I worked in internal HR departments for global companies in the energy, fuel, and technology sectors, holding positions such as HR Business Partner, Employee Relations Manager, Training and Development Advisor, HR Advisor, and Regional Talent Development Manager responsible for Poland, Central and Eastern Europe, and the Middle East. I am the owner of the consulting and training company, Talent Rebel.

    We strongly believe that 8 steps give a comprehensive view of the project, its execution and use of effects in a longer perspective than on the day of implementation or the day after training.

    Each step out of 8 is crucial and all of them are done in close and strong cooperation with the client and based on ongoing feedback.

    An important step for us (but very often overlooked by others) is step 4 - redefining goals - which addresses the question of whether (in the cooperation the client) we were right when planning the initial goals and whether our current knowledge confirms our assumptions based on the diagnosis we have made. It is also an important moment to clarify the goals of the project or training, and it often impacts on the final success of the program.

    The program evaluation is also critical to us, not only to make a check of the effectiveness of the program. It gives information on how to plan the further activities, when we leave the client with its own project results. Evaluation is a permanent step in every activity with the client to ensure optimal project results.

    INDIVIDUAL CLIENTS

    Open sessions, there are the options for individuals or companies that would sign up single participants to the sessions. It’s possible to delegate several of the employees as part the audience to the program announced on our website. The sessions are provided through one of the tools like: Webex, MS Teams or Zoom.
