Talent Rebel was established as a need to support managers and employees development. The main aim of the company is to speak directly about difficult issues. We work together with organizations as well as with the individuals to develop the talents. We strongly believe that change will not happen without self-awareness and full picture on the competencies and strengths. Our motto is honest information – about our perspective, about a participant in development process or about the situation that we observe in the company that we work with. We do not use “soulless corporate speech”, we want to “call a spade”. At the same time, we are aware that it will be uncomfortable and takes a time to digest. We are not afraid to call the problem as a problem, we do not hide it in a veiled word of "challenge"..
Our focus is to face the problem and deal with it. We don't change people at all cost. We give them perspective to see who they are and how they can benefit from their strengths. Perhaps that is why we are perceived as “rebels”, in contrast to the currently existing half-truths, well-established beliefs or unhealthy habits. Our intention is take effective action, got to measurable results and not just saying what the client wants to hear but what he should know about own organization.
