We live with conflict every day. We do not even realize that our sharing opinions, discussions in teams should be also considered as the responses to conflicts through, e.g. the roles in which we play in the team, interests that hidden behind our actions, our beliefs or values that we demonstrate. Sometimes we try to avoid conflicts and not provoking difficult situations. Is it always a good solution? Do we really benefit from it? What if we could treat the conflict as an opportunity for new solutions? If we see it as a positive aspect of evolving in our relationship. Conflict gives you the opportunity to see two perspectives, face them and develop a new approach.
