Mental toughness is currently one of the most frequently mentioned topics, in terms of efficiency, as well as employee well-being. People often talk about the need to take care of these issues in case of all employees. Often, we also forget about the need to take care of the mental resilience of our own managers who manage our employees. Certainly, managerial awareness of their resilience points, while facing uncertainty and changing reality, may prove to be the most important tool for support and building balance. We can do a lot in this regard for managers themselves, at the level of education and assistance in building self-awareness and implementing their own practices at the level of thinking, awareness of control or their own influence, but also introducing habits, rituals or implementing simple actions that will help us gradually develop the mental toughness.
