Mentoring for Leader is a 2-hour individual consulting-expert session, which can be extended by another 2-hour meeting upon individual request and the client’s needs. Session is focused on getting more experience and skills of the participating manager. The program content is being agreed in close consultation with the client. During the session, part of the following areas may be discussed, such as: team building, motivating, delegating tasks, conducting meetings and individual conversations with employees, influence and impact, managing conflict or change, giving and receiving feedback, as well as managing or communicating difficult issues and taking ownership.
When the needs are recognized, we will propose the number of individual meetings (series) and we will arrange the topic blocks and agree the dates of the sessions.
