2-hour session focused on building Assessment and Development Center tools & solutions. In this section, we will start from defining the AC / DC goal (including decisions, purpose of the AC/DC program and approach and technical aspects of each part). We consider the whole process through building a definition of competencies and behavioral indicators, to the selection and development of right tools and scenarios. These initial activities can be continued in Part 2.
