We often hear that "the only certain thing is change". All superiors tend to say us that we must be flexible and open to change. While it is true that change is inevitable, the question if we are prepared for it is completely different perspective. Very often, considering the change only from the process angle may causes that we loose human aspects to understand also at individual level.
