It will be faster and more accurate ”- these are common thoughts of less experienced managers, resulting from many factors, such as: lack of knowledge on how to delegate, fear of burdening employees with tasks, desire to provide a better quality service or lack of awareness of the competences of the team. In the final round, it turns out that the manager makes overtime to finish the process tasks, and the team is frustrated because there is no possibility of the new tasks’ development, and they have an irresistible feeling of constant control and “micromanagement”.
