During private day to day conversations, we hear from our friends that they have no talent, that this what they actually do does not make sense. Hearing the question "what else would you like to do then?" – they tend to answer: "hard to say". Also at work, it is often said that "these are my talents at work however in private life it is completely different". Are we as human being really two different personalities: at work and outside? Are we really people without any talents? And does talent even determine anything? We are delighted to invite you to a journey to discover your own talents - a journey with a double perspective, because:

  1. We will analyze your talents using the strengths questionnaire
  2. We will consider their use and development in a workshop
