A development program for HR professionals consisting of 7 topics that will allow you to learn and develop competencies needed and crucial in the daily work of HR Business Partners, HR Managers or Talent Development Specialists and Managers. The program (in addition to the substantive pillars) will include a completed diagnosis and individual talent analysis (Clifton Strengths TOP 5) for each participant.

The program includes 7 key online sessions, each organized as a 4-hour interactive workshop. Sessions will be held at 2-3 week intervals, always on a business week (usually Friday), 9.30-1.30:
