This two-hour individual session is designed for leaders managing organizations, This assessment identifies natural, preferred behavioral styles as well as characteristic attitudes and behavioral tendencies across various situations, illustrating their potential impact on performance in a professional environment, particularly in the context of leadership.
The assessment focuses on six core styles: Task, Adaptation, Achievement, Teamwork, Emotional, and Interaction, as well as fifteen personality aspects: Drive, Structure, Conceptual, Flexibility, Mastery, Ambition, Power, Assertiveness, Liveliness, Composure, Positivity, Awareness, Cooperativeness, Sensitivity, and Humility.
Each style and aspect provides insights into your approach to individual work as well as functioning within a team.
The personality model underlying the assessment is deeply rooted in the well-established and empirically validated Five-Factor Model of Personality (also known as the Big Five). Ten of the fifteen personality aspects are directly derived from the five core traits: Extraversion, Emotional Stability, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, and Openness to Experience. The remaining five aspects represent personality dimensions that are critical for effective professional functioning—particularly in leadership roles—but are not explicitly included in the traditional Five-Factor Model. These additional aspects are based on the latest research and literature in leadership, learning theory, and positive psychology.
